  • Identify, target, and approach potential exhibitors and sponsors.
  • Sell exhibition spaces, sponsorship packages, and marketing opportunities.
  • Manage and grow existing client relationships.
  • Work closely with marketing and operations teams to align sales strategies.
  • Attend networking events, exhibitions, and trade shows to promote company services.
  • Prepare and present sales proposals tailored to client needs.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve exhibition revenue targets, focusing on maximizing booth sales and sponsorship opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with exhibitors, ensuring their needs are met and fostering long-term partnerships.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential exhibitors and analyze competitor offerings to refine sales strategies.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to create compelling promotional materials that effectively communicate the value of participating in the exhibition.
  • Provide post-exhibition follow-up and analysis to exhibitors, gathering feedback to improve future events and strengthen relationships.
  • Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies to identify new opportunities for enhancing the exhibitor experience.
  • Coordinate with event logistics teams to ensure seamless integration of exhibitor needs into the overall exhibition layout and services.
  • Develop and deliver compelling presentations to prospective exhibitors, highlighting the exhibition's benefits and expected ROI.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing with exhibitors, ensuring favorable terms that align with the organization’s financial goals.
  • Manage the sales pipeline, from lead generation to closing deals, while utilizing CRM tools to track progress and maintain accurate records.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • 0–10 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in exhibitions, events, or media.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
