Job description

Kinetic has partnered with a leading F&B company who are hiring a restaurant manager to be based in Dubai.

The main responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

  • Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth service and adherence to company standards.
  • Recruit, train, and supervise staff to follow company procedures.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback.
  • Manage operational costs to minimize waste and optimize resources.
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations.

To be successful you will need to meet the following:

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience within the hospitality or F&B industry.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in restaurant management software and MS Office.
  • Solid understanding of business financials, including budgeting and cost control.
