A dynamic, client-focused professional, the Realtor is responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, or renting properties. They serve as the intermediary between buyers and sellers, guiding various parties through the complex real estate process. This includes advising clients on market conditions, prices, and legal requirements. A strong understanding of local communities and property markets ensures effective listing, negotiation, and transaction closure. Realtors help clients make informed decisions by providing comprehensive market analyses, estimating property values, and utilizing their deep understanding of the housing market. Apart from managing property listings, they also handle administrative duties and maintain a robust network of contacts within the real estate community.


Responsibilities
  • Assist clients in buying, selling, or renting properties based on their needs.
  • Provide guidance and assist sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing property.
  • Conduct comparative market analysis to estimate properties value for clients.
  • Structure negotiations in a way that aligns with clients financial interests.

  • Develop and maintain a long-term client base through referrals and networking.
  • Collaborate with appraisers, escrow companies, lenders, and inspectors.

  • Gather in-depth knowledge about local and international real estate markets.
  • Provide excellent customer service that heightens client satisfaction and trust.

Requirements
  • Valid real estate license or a similar license in good standing.
