A leading engineering consultancy is seeking a Health and Safety Lead to drive improvements in health and safety across their Unit operations. This role involves promoting a safety culture, providing strategic health and safety advice, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. Candidates must hold a NEBOSH Certificate and have operational experience in the health and safety field. Reporting to the Middle East Unit General Manager and Regional HSSW Manager, the role will manage the Unit and sub‑division health and safety team, with responsibility for leading, identifying and driving improvements in health and safety across the Unit business activities. The H&S Lead will be motivated, pro‑active, focused on adding value to the business through effective engagement with staff, management and clients. The role is essential to our business in assessing not only compliance with our systems and external standards but also identifying how we can improve what we do. It is an opportunity to make a difference to how we work on our projects, in our offices and how we interact with our customers. The location of the role is flexible between Abu Dhabi or Riyadh.
