Bulldozer Driver. Job Summary: To run as well as preserve a standard excavator as well as Tractor (4 × 4) safely and efficiently in order to carry out handbook as well as technical activities to support Dubai Desert Conservation Reserve (DDCR) demands. This includes loading and unloading animal feed from delivery vehicles and maintenance of DDCR roadways and tracks. Complies with all pertinent safety, quality, and environmental management policies, procedures and controls to ensure a healthy and safe workplace. Follows safety procedures and reports concerns to the supervisor. Adheres to daily operations associated with own job and qualifications. Operates Bulldozer/Tractor according to location and training certifications. Evaluates equipment for serviceability.

• Operate Bulldozer/Tractor safely and efficiently in assigned location based on operating manuals and training certifications.


• Maintain equipment serviceability; ensure it is serviced and returned to operations as planned.


• Assist in DDCR procedures including sorting, loading, and unloading luggage and cargo as needed.


• Prioritize maintenance of tools and consider mileage and recency for servicing.


• Report issues to the assigned manager or supervisor.


• Adhere to safety, quality, and environmental policies and procedures; maintain a healthy and risk-free workplace.

• Secondary School (Matriculation) or equivalent (minimum).


• 0–2 years of experience in Bulldozer/Tractor and on-job training.


• UAE Driving permit / Residence Country Driving Permit; legitimate license for operating equipment.


• Basic communication abilities.


• Fundamental safety awareness.
