Job summary
A global clean energy leader in Abu Dhabi is seeking a marketing director to develop strategies for the Abu Dhabi Sustainability Week. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of senior marketing experience and knowledge of UAE regulations. Responsibilities include positioning ADSW as a premier platform for sustainability on a global scale. Competitive salary and opportunity to impact renewable energy initiatives are offered.

Education
Established in 2006, Masdar (Abu Dhabi Future Energy Company) is a global clean energy leader, transforming how the world produces and consumes energy through bold innovation and commercial excellence. Masdar is a clean energy investor, developer and operator, advancing renewable energy projects across key markets and technologies, with a global project portfolio capacity to date of over 51 gigawatts (GW). Jointly owned by TAQA, ADNOC and Mubadala, Masdar is driving the scale‑up of renewables worldwide, targeting a portfolio capacity of 100 GW by 2030.
To lead the development and implementation of Abu Dhabi Sustainability Week’s (ADSW) comprehensive marketing and communications strategies to position, communicate and promote ADSW as a leading global platform in sustainability within the UAE and internationally while ensuring alignment with Masdar’s mission, vision and business objectives.
- MBA or relevant master’s degree from a top‑tier internationally recognized higher education institution
- Bachelor’s degree in communications, mass media, marketing or related discipline
- At least 10 years of experience in senior roles in marketing and events for large events or an equivalent experience
- Experience in the UAE gaining strong knowledge and understanding of local rules, regulations, systems and processes
