We are seeking a presentable and courteous Receptionist Cum Tea Server for a reputed construction company in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for front desk operations, hospitality services, and maintaining a clean and professional office environment. This role requires excellent communication skills, a service‑oriented mindset, and the ability to multitask efficiently.

• Prepare and serve tea, coffee, and other beverages to staff and visitors as per their preferences.
• Ensure cleanliness and hygiene of the pantry, reception area, meeting rooms, and common office spaces at all times.
• Greet visitors professionally and assist them as required.
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail, courier, and packages and ensure timely distribution.
• Maintain office supplies related to pantry and reception areas.
• Support office staff with basic administrative and hospitality‑related tasks.
• Be flexible to stay beyond regular working hours when meetings or office requirements demand.

• Minimum education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Well‑groomed, presentable, and professional appearance.
• Prior experience in a similar receptionist, tea server, office assistant, or hospitality role (corporate environment preferred).
• Good communication skills in English (additional languages will be an advantage).
• Polite, reliable, and customer‑service oriented.
• Ability to multitask and work independently.
