Responsibilities
What you will do
  1. Contribute towards accelerating growth and exceeding customer expectations.
  2. Execute Oracle Retail strategy.
  3. Close business, delivering quota against target and renewals.
  4. Ensure proper pipeline coverage; maximize demand generation campaigns, proper progression, conversion, and participation rates.
  5. Identify, understand, and optimize components of pipeline growth with focus.
  6. Establish strong customer relationships to promote Oracle’s Retail and SaaS solutions around digital transformation.
  7. Identify new business opportunities.
  8. Partner with existing customers for upselling and renewals.
  9. Update sales forecasts, record activities, and develop opportunity close plans.
  10. Develop long-term relationships with customers and partners.
  11. Manage opportunities in your territory and prepare for business reviews with SaaS customers.
  12. Coordinate onboarding and implementation partners for new projects to maximize outcomes and future expansion.
  13. Drive account and territory planning for growth.
  14. Collaborate with Oracle Sales Specialist Executives, Account Executives, and supporting functions like Marketing, Alliances, Presales, and CSMs.
  15. Participate in large deal executions leveraging retail expertise.
  16. Maintain pipeline health and activities to drive retail solutions sales growth.
  17. Travel within your assigned territory as required.
