Job summary
A leading business solutions provider in Dubai seeks a Business Process Analyst to support Microsoft Dynamics CRM and engage with various departments. The successful candidate will define business requirements, map workflows, and execute CRM configurations. Essential qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Information or related fields and at least 5 years of relevant experience. This full-time role is not remote and requires strong communication and technical skills.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years as a business process analyst.
- 23 years of experience on MS CRM with 2 years in end-to-end project implementations.
- Hands-on, self-motivated, energetic with urgency.
Responsibilities
- Support users on Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
- Define business requirements and conduct discovery sessions.
- Map processes and identify improvement opportunities.
