Role Overview
The Business Consultant is responsible for guiding clients through the full process of setting up their business in the UAE. This includes advising on license types, activities, jurisdictions, visa processes, and corporate services. The role combines advisory, sales, and operations support.
Key Responsibilities
Client Advisory & Consultation
- Advise clients on UAE business setup options (mainland, free zones, offshore).
- Explain trade license types, activity groups, and regulatory requirements.
- Provide guidance on visa quotas, office options, costs, and timelines.
- Assess client needs and recommend suitable business structures.
Business Setup Management
- Handle company formation requests from start to finish.
- Coordinate with DED, free zones, immigration, and other authorities.
- Prepare applications, forms, approvals, and supporting documents.
- Track progress and keep clients updated.
Corporate & PRO Services
- Manage visa applications, renewals, cancellations, and dependent visas.
- Process Emirates ID, medical, establishment cards, and labor‑related tasks.
- Handle license renewals, amendments, and activity changes.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and service agreements.
Client Relationships & Growth
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Identify cross‑selling opportunities for recruitment, executive search, and project‑based services.
- Support the sales team with product knowledge and documentation.
- Ensure high client satisfaction and repeat business.
Daily Tasks
- Conduct client meetings and consultations.
- Draft proposals, quotations, and agreements.
- Liaise with government departments and free zones.
- Update trackers, CRM, and internal records.
- Provide weekly activity and progress reports.
Skills
- Minimum1–2 yearsexperience in UAE business setup or corporate services.
- Strong understanding of DED, free zone authorities, and licensing rules.
- Good knowledge of visa processes, PRO workflows, and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent communication skills and client management abilities.
- Organized and detail‑oriented with the ability to manage multiple cases.
- Fluent in English; Arabic, French, or Tagalog is a plus.

Education
- Bachelor’s degree preferred. Practical UAE experience is more important.
