Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled and customer–focused Business Consultant to guide clients through company formation, licensing, visa processing, and related business setup services in the UAE. The ideal candidate must have strong communication skills, sales ability, and a good understanding of UAE business setup procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand client requirements and provide accurate consultation regarding company formation in Mainland, Free Zone, and Offshore.
- Advise clients on UAE licensing options, business activities, visa eligibility, and government regulations.
- Generate leads, follow up with potential clients, and convert inquiries into successful sales.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and service packages as per client needs.
- Coordinate with government departments (DED, MOHRE, Immigration, Free Zones, etc.) when required.
- Maintain updated knowledge of UAE laws, business setup rules, and immigration processes.
- Build strong relationships with clients and ensure high‑quality service and customer satisfaction.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and KPI requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, client communication, and follow‑ups in CRM systems.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Business Consultant, Sales Consultant, or similar role (preferably in UAE business setup industry).
- Strong understanding of UAE company formation processes and government procedures.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
- Fluent in English; Arabic or other languages is a plus.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Positive attitude, professional appearance, and strong customer service skills.
