Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in operations or change management.
• Experience directing and implementing change management at various levels.
• Proven ability to develop and implement strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Track R&Q strategy implementation and ensure alignment with KPIs.
• Establish and monitor KPIs for R&Q strategy effectiveness.
• Manage R&Q training initiatives tailored to stakeholders.

Skills

Lean Six Sigma (Green / Black Belt)

Project Management (e.g. PMP)

Strong understanding of change management principles

Excellent communication skills

Strong analytical abilities

Proficiency using analytics tools

Education

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Risk Management
