Job summary
A leading shipping agency in Dubai is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee daily team operations, manage shipping documentation, and negotiate with carriers. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience as an Operations Manager in the UAE and be open to Male, European & CIS Nationalities aged 40 and below. The role offers up to 25K AED monthly depending on qualifications and experience.

Job Description:
- Oversee daily operations within the team - order processing, inventory tracking, shipping documentation (e.g., bills of lading, ASNs, pick slips)
- Utilize shipping/ERP software to monitor, track, and optimize shipping workflows
- Negotiate with carriers, freight forwarders, and manage cost-effective shipping rates
- Manage, train, and supervise department staff; foster efficient workflows and collaborate with internal teams (warehouse, purchasing, customs) to streamline order flow and resolve issues
- Open to Male, European & CIS Nationalities, 40 years old and below
- Must have 3 years’ experience as Operations Manager in UAE
