Location: Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates

1. Perform land field surveys and geodetic calculations.
2. Interface with clients and contractors to determine and verify project survey requirements.
3. Complete surveying tasks on schedule and within manhour and cost budgets.
4. Check setting out and levels.
5. Check service locations and ensure their protection.
6. Prepare sketches to support fieldwork.
7. Maintain all survey information, field books, sketches, and calculations.
8. Assist engineers in verification and checking of shop drawings.
9. Perform routine verification checks of control points and benchmarks.
10. Verify setting out of works.
11. Record initial and final levels of works.
12. Verify earthwork cross-sections.
13. Take measurements of inspected works.
14. Assist in the preparation of as-built drawings and review record drawings.
15. Participate actively in health and safety issues on site.
16. Perform other related responsibilities as assigned.

• Diploma or Associate Degree in Civil Engineering, Land Surveying, or equivalent.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in construction.
• Experience in building, road, and external work is required.
• Ability to work independently.
• Knowledge of survey software such as total station level.
• Good oral and written communication skills.
