As a Sales & Marketing Executive, you’ll be the heartbeat of our regional presence connecting our brand to customers, partners and communities. You’ll play a key role in developing and executing marketing strategies, building relationships and driving business growth, both creative storytelling and commercial acumen.
- Drive sales growth across HORECA and retail sectors by identifying new business opportunities and achieving regional targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, distributors and partners.
- Plan and execute creative marketing campaigns and brand activations tailored to local audiences.
- Represent the brand at events, trade shows and community engagements.
- Create engaging digital and social media content to boost brand awareness and engagement.
- Research market trends and consumer insights to refine marketing and sales strategies.
- Support the rollout of regional marketing initiatives and partnerships.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and conduct staff training sessions at partner locations.
- Uphold the brand’s commitment to quality craftsmanship and service excellence.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
- 1‑2 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably within FMCG/Bevages, hospitality or lifestyle brands.
- Strong understanding of the UAE and GCC markets and ability to adapt to local customs.
- Fluent in English; other languages are an advantage.
- Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
- Proficient in digital marketing platforms and CRM tools.
- Passion for premium products, brand experience and customer engagement.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work in a fast‑paced environment.
