We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to manage financial operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and support management with timely and accurate financial reporting. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with UAE VAT, corporate tax, MIS reporting, and financial analysis, and be capable of contributing to key business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update accurate financial records, including general ledgers, invoices, and receipts.

• Prepare comprehensive financial statements including balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and cash flow reports.

• Manage accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring timely payments and collections.

• Reconcile bank statements and monitor daily cash flow to maintain liquidity.

• Perform VAT calculations, ensure timely filing, and comply with UAE VAT laws.

• Support corporate tax reporting and compliance activities as per UAE regulations.

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual MIS reports and financial summaries for management review.

• Process payroll, ensuring compliance with UAE WPS and local labor laws.

• Assist with both internal and external audits by providing required documentation and analysis.

• Ensure adherence to IFRS, internal company policies, and statutory regulations.

• Participate in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to support strategic planning.

• Conduct financial analysis to assist in performance evaluation and business decisions.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Bachelor s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.

• Professional certification (e.g., CPA, ACCA, CMA) is an advantage.

• 2 5 years of accounting experience, preferably within the UAE.

• In-depth knowledge of UAE VAT regulations, corporate tax, and financial compliance.

• Proven experience with MIS reporting and financial analysis.

• Proficiency in accounting software such as Tally, QuickBooks, SAP, or Zoho.

• Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to meet deadlines.
