Job Description

• Support the review of project and finance documents, conducting commercial and financial due diligence on new and existing projects.
• Structure and negotiate financing agreements with lenders and investors.
• Evaluate financial models, conduct valuations, and assess investment returns, sensitivities, and project feasibility.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to reflect business inputs into key project and finance documents.
• Analyze commercial challenges across project phases and negotiate practical solutions with stakeholders.
• Prepare management reports and provide regular updates on project progress, risks, and business cases.
• Ensure alignment with internal policies, procedures, and governance frameworks.

• UAE National with Family Book.
• Strong financial and commercial acumen with experience in financial modeling, due diligence, and investment analysis.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Atleast 8 years of experience
