Your Responsibilities

• Manage the internal proposal process from kickoff to timely submission
• Provide detailed guidance to proposal contributors subject matter experts and subcontractors
• Prepare quotations and offers in complex calculations
• Preparation of documents for tenders and submissions thereoff
• Manage change requests for our projects in the MENA region
• Moderate meetings with subject matter experts and management
• Revise and update proposal documents as required
• Manage review processes and ensure they are of high quality
• Track and ensure the fulfillment of the timely submission and deadlines
• Continuously improve proposal processes and standardize materials
• Close cooperation with affiliate teams within our headquarters in Karlsruhe Germany

Your profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business discipline or equivalent field of study
• 3 years of experience with sales account management
• Proven track record of working with/for public transit/authorities in the MENA region appreciated
• Proven ability in planning, producing and delivering successful compliant proposals within a complex business environment
• Desire to understand and learn new technologies
• Able to collaborate effectively with proposal contributors
• Good time management and planning skills
• Solid experience in Microsoft Office products
• Fluent in English; German language skills would be a plus
• Availability for business travel from time to time to our headquarters in Karlsruhe Germany
