A leading HR solutions provider in Abu Dhabi is seeking an Oracle Fusion HCM Functional Consultant to lead the implementation and configuration of Oracle Fusion HCM modules. The ideal candidate will collaborate with HR stakeholders to gather requirements, deliver user training, and ensure system performance. Strong functional expertise across multiple HCM modules and excellent communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

  • Strong functional expertise in Core HR, Learning, Talent Management, Recruitment, Time and Attendance, and Redwood.
  • Solid understanding of HR workflows, security, and approval processes.
  • Ability to work directly with business stakeholders to capture requirements and deliver solutions.

Overview

Oracle Fusion HCM Functional Consultant

Responsibilities
  • Lead and deliver end-to-end functional implementation and configuration of Oracle Fusion HCM modules.
  • Collaborate with HR and business stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze processes, and translate them into system configurations.
  • Configure and maintain Core HR, Learning, Talent Management, Recruitment, Time and Attendance, and Redwood modules.
  • Provide guidance on best practices for HCM processes, data flows, and security.
  • Support and resolve production issues, ensuring high system availability and performance.
  • Prepare and deliver functional specifications, test scripts, and training materials.
  • Conduct user training, UAT sessions, and knowledge transfer for business users.
  • Coordinate with technical teams on integrations, reports, and extensions, especially using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
  • Stay updated on new features and releases to recommend improvements or upgrades.
  • Participate in project planning, sprint reviews, and status meetings in an Agile environment.
Required Skills (Must-Have)
  • Strong functional expertise in Core HR, Learning, Talent Management, Recruitment, Time and Attendance, and Redwood.
  • Hands-on experience in Fusion HCM configuration and business process flows.
  • Solid understanding of HR workflows, security, and approval processes.

  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and documentation abilities.
Nice-to-Have Skills
  • Experience with Absence Management, Payroll, Compensation.
  • Familiarity with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) for integrations.
  • Exposure to data migration, reporting tools (OTBI, BI Publisher), and REST / SOAP web services.
  • Bachelor\'s or Master\'s degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
