• Location: Onsite in Abu Dhabi
• Multiple Roles: 5 - 7 Years of Experience
• 24 X 7 availability required

Responsibilities

• Troubleshooting, analysis and logging information for reporting of performance exceptions
• Good experience in IT operations, Windows Administration, Windows Server Patching, Vulnerability Remediation.
• Proactively monitoring system performance and capacity planning
• Applying critical MS Patches on servers, Management of OS related Security and Vulnerability management OS hardening and monitoring.
• Resolving Incident tickets, remote System Administration of Windows servers, resolve Level 1 & 2 support
• Upgrading Driver, Firmware, HPSP deployment on physical server
• Remote Management of servers through ILO, DRAC and RSA
