WE ARE HIRING

Welder – Shipbuilding / Steel Construction (Lithuania)

Requirements

• Male, age 20–50
• 5+ years of shipbuilding welding experience
• MIG/MAG processes: 135, 136, 138
• Skilled in fillet and butt welds (full penetration)
• Able to read and speak English
• Driving license preferred

Job Role

• Welding in shipyards and steel workshops
• Perform full penetration butt welds
• Work on thick plates (10–20 mm)
• Pass mandatory safety test
• Follow quality and safety standards

Compensation

• Salary (net) during probation (1–3 months): €1500/month
• After probation: €2000–€2500/month

Schedule

• 200–220 hours per month
• Monday to Saturday (8:00–17:00)
• Overtime possible
