Role Summary

The Welder/Brazing Technician is responsible for performing high-quality welding and brazing tasks on small and precision metal components using various techniques such as MIG, TIG, ARC, Gas Welding, and Brazing. The role requires technical accuracy and the ability to follow engineering and fabrication drawings.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform MIG, TIG, ARC, Gas Welding and Brazing operations as required
• Weld and braze small and sensitive components with precision
• Read, interpret, and follow fabrication drawings, blueprints, and technical instructions
• Prepare materials, align parts, and ensure proper fit before welding
• Inspect welded joints for quality and compliance with specifications
• Ensure all tools and welding equipment are maintained in good condition
• Follow workplace safety standards and proper welding procedures
• Coordinate with the production team to ensure timely completion of tasks

Qualifications & Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of relevant welding or brazing experience
• Strong hands‑on experience with multiple welding techniques
• Ability to handle small parts and perform fine, accurate work
• Good understanding of metal fabrication and welding standards
• Basic communication skills in English and Hindi
