Overview

Welder in Ajman, UAE. Location: Ajman. Salary: 1200 AED.

We are looking for an experienced Welder to join our team in Ajman. The successful candidate will be responsible for welding various metals, such as steel and aluminum, together in order to create structures or components. The Welder must have a high level of skill, experience and knowledge of the safety regulations that must be followed when welding.

Responsibilities
  • Reading blueprints or drawings to determine the specific welding requirements
  • Setting up the required equipment and preparing materials for welding
  • Selecting the right type of materials for the job at hand
  • Working with metals such as steel, aluminum and other alloys
  • Using manual or semi-automatic welding equipment to permanently join metal parts together
  • Inspecting welds to ensure they are up to standard and adhere to safety regulations
  • Carrying out repairs on metal components as needed
Required Skills/Experience
  • Proven experience as a Welder in a workshop environment
  • Ability to read technical drawings and understand welding symbols
  • An understanding of working with different metals such as steel, aluminum and alloys
  • High level of skill using manual or semi-automatic welding equipment (MIG/TIG)
  • Strong attention to detail with an eye for quality assurance
Education Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent certification is preferred. Formal training in Welder technology is a plus.
