Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of reels strategy, influencer collaboration, and algorithm-driven content performance.
• Strong short-form content creation skills, with a portfolio of high-engagement videos.
• Experience with crypto, Web3, or community-driven brands is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain high content activity in the first 30 days, with at least 12 posts and a prepared backlog of tested short-form videos.
• Initiate campaigns for the first post to ensure algorithm-friendly engagement from relevant KOLs.
• Drive organic growth through meaningful engagement on posts, comments, and stories.
• Monitor KPIs including reach, engagement rate, and follower growth, and adjust strategy accordingly.
