Position Overview

Our client is seeking a highly organized and detail‑oriented Wealth Management Administrator to join their team in Dubai. The successful candidate will play a key supporting role in the delivery of exceptional client service, managing administrative processes, and ensuring smooth operational functions within the wealth management department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the wealth management team with daily administrative duties, including client onboarding, account opening, and communication.
  • Prepare and process documentation, reports, and client correspondence accurately and efficiently.
  • Maintain and update client records in accordance with company and regulatory standards.
  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and client events, ensuring all logistical arrangements are managed effectively.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal policies.
  • Liaise with clients, financial advisors, and external service providers to facilitate smooth operations.
  • Support the preparation of investment proposals, valuations, and other financial documentation.
  • Handle general inquiries from clients and provide excellent customer service.
