Qualifications

• You will have a relevant professional certification or hotel school diploma and bring a wealth of past experience working for luxury hotels in the Middle East.
• English is the primary language used in our hotel; other languages including Arabic, Italian, French, Spanish or German are highly desirable.

• You’ll take pride in delivering exceptional service during events and banquets, ensuring every guest enjoys a seamless and memorable experience
• You will support the smooth day-to-day operation of banqueting events, including conferences, weddings, meetings and private functions, ensuring service is delivered to the highest standards.
• You will be responsible for welcoming guests professionally, assisting with seating, and providing attentive, courteous service throughout each event.
• You will assist with the setup and breakdown of banqueting spaces, including table layouts, linen, event equipment's etc.
• You will ensure all banqueting areas are presented immaculately before, during, and after events, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization.
• You will be attentive to guest needs during events, responding promptly and professionally to any requests or queries.
• You will assist with stock handling, clearing service areas efficiently, and ensuring equipment is handled with care.
