An exciting opportunity has opened up in our Afya All Day Dining restaurant. The successful applicant will be responsible for providing a high level of service to our guests and remaining available to assist and advise when necessary.

What will you do?

• Interact with clients and understand their needs.
• Guide guests through the Lobby Lounge menu.
• Suggest options based on customer preferences.
• Fulfill guest orders effectively and in an organized manner.
• Collaborate with kitchen colleagues to maintain excellent service standards.
• Listen empathetically to client queries or complaints and work with colleagues or the Service Manager to find solutions.
