• Perform opening and closing procedures for the outlet.
• Assist in conducting monthly inventory checks.

Responsibilities

• Present menu and provide detailed information, serve food & beverage orders and provide a courteous, professional, efficient and flexible service at all times following the hotel’s Standards of Performance.
• Responsible for the food hygiene and safety of the outlet by ensuring that all equipment is working properly and trained to work safely with it.
• Perform opening and closing procedures established for the assigned outlet.
• Assist in conducting monthly inventory checks on all operating equipment and supplies.

Qualifications

• Proven work experience as a Waiter.
• Strong interpersonal and problem‑solving abilities.
• Fluency in English.
• Experience operating the MICROS POS system.
