We are a reputable restaurant located in the bustling city of Dubai and we are currently seeking experienced waiters/waitresses to join our team. As a waiter/waitress, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests, taking food and drink orders, and ensuring that all orders are delivered accurately and in a timely manner. This position requires individuals who are friendly, hardworking, and have excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Take food and drink orders accurately
- Deliver food and drinks to tables promptly
- Assist guests with any special requests or dietary needs
- Ensure tables are cleared and reset for the next guests
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders
- Handle guest complaints or concerns in a calm and professional manner
- Upsell menu items to increase revenue
- Maintain a clean and organized work area

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a waiter/waitress in a fast-paced restaurant environment
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic language proficiency is a plus)
- Ability to work well under pressure with minimal supervision

- Egyptian nationality preferred
- Must be willing to relocate to Dubai
