Waiter – Dibba‑El‑Fujairah, UAE

Job Summary We are looking for a professional Waiter to join our team at the 5-star hotel in Dibba‑El‑Fujairah. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and an enjoyable dining experience to all of our guests. They must possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast‑paced environment. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of success in similar roles and be comfortable working evenings and weekends. We are offering a competitive salary of 1800 AED per month for this position.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome customers upon their arrival
• Attend to customers’ needs promptly and courteously
• Take orders accurately and deliver them to the kitchen in a timely manner
• Ensure that the tables are clean and set up properly before each shift
• Serve food and drinks according to established standards
• Address customer complaints or questions promptly, professionally, and courteously
• Monitor guest satisfaction levels throughout dining experience
• Collect payments from customers following completion of their meal/drinks orders
• Remain knowledgeable about menu items, special promotions, or any new items added to the menu
• Maintain cleanliness of work areas at all times

• Able to stand for long periods of time, lift up to 15kgs, bend or reach out when necessary
• Must be able to work evenings, weekends, as well as holidays when necessary
