Ennismore has brought together two global F&B leaders, PARIS SOCIETY and RIKAS, renowned for their iconic venues worldwide and recognized as two of the industry's largest F&B operators.
This F&B platform consolidates F&B brand houses and operations, driven by strategic and creative concepts. The Business Development Coordinator will support the F&B Platform in its growth and expansion efforts.

We’re now looking for a Vice President of Developmentto lead the global expansion of our F&B Platform — sourcing, shaping, and delivering new projects that capture the essence of contemporary luxury, design, and culture.

Job Description

What you’ll do

  • Source, structure, and secure new projects through management, lease, and license agreements.
  • Build and nurture relationships with developers, landlords, and investors who share our vision of elevated hospitality.
  • Collaborate with Ennismore’s global development teams to align strategy, pipeline, and brand priorities.
  • Partner with internal teams – finance, design, operations, and legal – to ensure every project blends commercial strength with brand excellence.
  • Lead the preparation of financial models, business plans, and investment analyses.
  • Represent Ennismore’s F&B brands at key international industry events.
Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience in development or asset management within luxury hospitality, F&B, or lifestyle brands.
  • Proven track record in structuring and closing complex agreements.
  • Deep understanding of the global dining and luxury landscape.
