JOB TITLE: Technical Support Engineer (Onsite)
QUALIFICATION: BE/BTech/Bsc/Diploma
EXPERIENCE: 6 - 8 Years
CERTIFICATIONS: VMWare, HPE, Microsoft Certified
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Good Experience on VMWare and fixing related issues.
- Technical Support and troubleshooting support for Windows Operating system.
- Knowledge of Email Account Creation/ Outlook/Exchange.
- Maintain and acquire Certifications as per Business Requirements.
- Have Excellent cross-department communication and relationships with all stakeholders.
- Co-ordinating with SMEs/vendors for certain Support cases and implementation-related tasks.
- Willing to work on-field at customer premises for undertaking Customer initiated Projects and support functions
- Based on the requirement
- Ability to inspire confidence in Customer.
- Self-Starter and able to work independently and as part of the team.
- Ability to multi-task, and prioritize multiple objectives, initiatives and requests.
- Ensures successful implementation and maintenance as per defined standards.
