Overview

We are looking for a talented Videographer & Photographer to create highquality visual content that showcases our properties events and brand identity. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning shooting and editing videos and photos for digital platforms marketing campaigns and internal needs.

Responsibilities

• Capture professionalquality photos and videos of real estate listings company events and team features.
• Produce short and longform videos for social media websites and advertisements.
• Edit and retouch photos and videos using Adobe Creative Suite or equivalent tools.
• Collaborate with marketing sales and content teams to understand project needs and creative direction.
• Manage and maintain photography/videography equipment.
• Organize digital assets and maintain a visual content library.
• Stay up to date with the latest trends in real estate content videography and social media visuals.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Videographer & Photographer preferably in the real estate industry.
• Proficiency with camera equipment.
• Strong video editing and photo retouching skills (Adobe Premiere Pro After Effects Lightroom Photoshop).
• Solid portfolio showcasing real estate shoots promotional content and social media videos.
• Strong understanding of lighting composition and storytelling through visuals.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Bachelor s degree in Media Film Photography or a related field (preferred).
• UAE driving license.(with Car)
• Knowledge of social media content creation trends (Instagram Reels TikTok YouTube Shorts).
