A creative agency is seeking a UGC Creative Coordinator to effectively manage creator sourcing and deliver high-quality user-generated content across client accounts. This role requires strong organizational skills, clear communication, and the ability to work under tight deadlines. The ideal candidate will enjoy operational tasks and take pride in maintaining structured systems to ensure smooth production workflows. Experience in UGC or influencer coordination is preferred but not mandatory.

As we continue to grow and expand our UGC creative offering, we’re now seeking a detail-driven Creative Coordinator (UGC) to own the execution and delivery of UGC content across client accounts.
You’ll operate within existing processes, templates, and tools (Notion, Slack, Google Drive, Frame.io). Creative direction, strategy, and performance analysis are handled by the Creative Strategist. You’re accountable for execution, coordination, and delivery—keeping timelines tight and output consistent.
Creators are easy to work with, aligned, and on time. No missed deadlines or unclear deliverables. Strategists don’t have to chase creators or manage logistics. Creator pricing, timelines, and usage terms are clear and documented. UGC flows smoothly from sourcing → delivery → editing.
