• Perform user acceptance, functional, regression, and usability testing.
• Ensure defects raised during testing are retested and closed.
• Align testing strategy with industry best practices.
• Communicate testing direction to senior business leadership.

Role Overview

Responsible for providing leadership responsibility and management of UAT development and with a focus on strategic testing processes and procedures to enable testing activities and ensure that company standards and specifications are met.

Responsibilities

• Manage UAT development and oversee testing processes.
• Conduct multichannel application test management, communication, and test reporting.
• Plan tests, manage defects and data.
• Collaborate with counterparts in other business units and across technical areas to ensure effective end‑to‑end testing of all products.
• Perform user acceptance, functional, regression, and usability testing.
• Ensure defects raised during testing are retested and closed, with close monitoring of outstanding defects and follow‑up with vendors.
• Ensure the testing strategy and process align with industry best practices and stay abreast of all pertinent testing standards.
• Communicate the testing direction articulately to senior business leadership, engineers, and other stakeholders to support the efforts.
