Key Responsibilities

• Interact with business users to analyze and understand User Acceptance Testing (UAT)/test requirements, liaise with IT system owners to agree options and plan for UAT test environment allocation to ensure the required environments are allocated and prepared.
• Maintain user acceptance test environments, perform periodic refresh cycles to ensure the hygiene of the environments in line with requirements.
• Plan and execute required system end of day cycles in order to maintain test data integrity in line with the required standards.
• Support testers in test execution by assisting in test environment related issues and concerns and closely liaise with the production support team to ensure end of day cycles and Banking Supervision Department (BSD) team for UAT releases.
• Assist and support the test execution and defect management tool to ensure smooth functioning of test execution job and tracking/timely resolution of the defects related to UAT environments.

Qualifications

• At least 4 years of experience in Banking or financial services sector or other related experience in information technology.
• University Degree/Diploma in Computing/Engineering/ Banking/Commerce.
• Certification in Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) foundation, IT service standards.
• Basic knowledge in IT infrastructure and banking applications.
