A global service provider in Dubai is seeking to hire a professional to support employee relations and compliance processes. The role involves managing employee relations channels, ensuring alignment with local labor laws, and aiding in policy development. Candidates should have knowledge of employee relations, project management skills, and fluency in Arabic. This position offers the chance to contribute to a dynamic team while upholding the company's values of respect and integrity.
This role primarily supports the implementation of the escalation process and assists in employee relations (ER) matters. Key responsibilities include helping to manage the ER speak-up channels where employees can raise concerns, support the tracking and coordination of ER cases, and ensure proper documentation is maintained. The role involves compiling basic metrics and reports, and ensuring that case handling aligns with company procedures, local labor laws, and Al-Futtaim values.
The role will also assist in the preparation and rollout of ER policies and materials, help maintain the ER Policy Framework, and support awareness initiatives related to Compliance, Business Ethics, and other relevant documentation. This position will work under guidance from more senior ER or HR team members to ensure consistency and compliance in all activities
