Sia Partners Middle East is looking to grow its team in Abu Dhabi with resources experienced in topics related to customer experience and service design. The expected resource(s) should have demonstrable knowledge and experience in tools and practices related to this topic and have the ability to participate in a team to design client processes (B2B and B2C) and support in enhancing the culture towards customer excellence. The resource will be expected to work alongside our local and international resources to further identify suitable tools and practices in order to further strengthen our offering and capabilities in the region on these and similar topics.
Your Senior Consultant for Customer Experience and Service Design will play a pivotal role in supporting the delivery of project engagements, go‑to‑market activities, and targeted initiatives within our Middle East team. Operating across various sectors, you will engage in designated sector and knowledge‑based topics, ensuring diligent monitoring and of services that generate value to our clients and ecosystem.
