Qualifications

• Strong understanding of UAE authority submission procedures and construction workflows.
• Experience in consultancy/PMC environments in the UAE.
• Knowledge of RFI tracking, submission logs, and technical coordination processes.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate between architectural, structural, and MEP design teams for aligned project delivery.
• Track and manage RFIs, technical submissions, shop drawings, and design revisions.
• Support authority submission packages and approval follow-ups.
• Maintain project trackers and document control systems.
• Monitor consultant and contractor deliverables.
• Support site coordination and issue resolution.
