Job Summary :

As the Marketing Lead in United Arab Emirates, you will be responsible for executing end-to-end marketing activities tailored to the local market. You will serve as the bridge between our central marketing teams and local operations, ensuring campaigns, content, and partnerships reflect the Emirati culture and consumer behavior.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Augment and localize central marketing strategies to fit the UAE market.
  • Ensure execution of end-to-end marketing campaigns across all relevant channels.
  • Ensure all creatives, messaging, and content reflect Emirati culture and consumer behavior.
  • Act as the primary marketing liaison for internal teams based in the UAE.
  • Collaborate with central teams in Performance, CRM, Brand, Intelligence, and Operations.
  • Identify and activate local partnerships, sponsorships, and media opportunities.
  • Represent webook.com in the UAE through events, media engagements, and community initiatives.
  • Own the local marketing budget and ensure efficient allocation and outcome of spend.
  • Monitor campaign performance and report insights to central teams.
  • Contribute to building a scalable, high-impact marketing presence in the UAE.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of marketing experience in a similar role or industry.
  • Deep understanding of the UAE market and consumer landscape.
  • Proven track record in campaign execution, brand positioning, and local partnerships.
  • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
