Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in manufacturing, preferably in automotive, polymer, textile, or chemical industries.
• Proven background in process optimization and quality control.
• Familiarity with PE/PP yarn or textile production is highly advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain product and process specifications.
• Monitor and optimize production processes.
• Lead Root Cause Analyses (RCA) and implement corrective actions.
• Conduct quality checks and audits to ensure compliance.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives.
