A business consultancy firm in Dubai is seeking a Company Secretary to manage a portfolio of companies, ensuring compliance with U.A.E laws. The ideal candidate will administer company filings, prepare necessary documents for meetings, and liaise with government authorities. Strong knowledge of corporate governance and communication skills are essential. This full-time position requires a proactive individual who can maintain statutory records and guide team members in governance practices.

Responsibilities

  • Administer a portfolio of companies.
  • Setup and maintain an online compliance mechanism.
  • Provide secretarial advice and propose solutions.
  • Streamline workflow processes for prompt services.
  • Execute required company-related filings per U.A.E. laws.
  • Prepare AGM, EGM, and Board Resolutions.
  • File changes with Government authorities.
  • Liaise with clients and U.A.E Government authorities.
  • Make amendments to the company’s M&As.
  • Plan and organize Annual General Meetings.
  • Ensure integrity of governance framework.
  • Advise clients on business incorporation compliance.
  • Incorporate onshore and offshore company formations.
  • Conduct client onboarding and due diligence.
  • Maintain statutory registers and records.
  • Lead ad-hoc duties and projects.
  • Serve as key governance contact for Board members.

Sound understanding of U.A.E Company Governing laws
