• Ensure BAs adhere to company standards through regular field checks.
• Foster strong relationships with shop floor teams to gather insights.
• Oversee BA scheduling and utilize the BA app for performance metrics.
• Compile reports on competitor activities for best practices.
• Ensure brand presentation aligns with company standards.
• Follow up on maintenance requirements for store locations.
