Job summary

A growing travel company in Dubai is seeking a passionate Travel Reservation Consultant & Manager fluent in Arabic. You will manage client travel bookings and coordinate with suppliers, delivering excellent customer service across B2C and B2B markets. The role requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in travel reservations and proficiency in GDS systems. Strong communication skills in Arabic and English are essential. Qualifications

About the Role

We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Travel Reservation Consultant & Manager fluent in Arabic to join our growing team. You will be responsible for managing client travel bookings, coordinating with suppliers, and delivering exceptional customer service across B2C and B2B markets (primarily GCC).

Responsibilities
  • Handle flight, hotel, holiday package, and tour reservations for individual and corporate clients.
  • Communicate effectively in Arabic & English with clients to understand their travel needs.
  • Provide accurate quotations, itineraries, and booking confirmations.
  • Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors (airlines, hotels, DMCs).
  • Maintain accurate records of all bookings and follow-ups in CRM systems.
  • Assist walk-in customers and support WhatsApp/email inquiries.
  • Offer excellent pre- and post-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in travel reservation, preferably in outbound travel.
  • Proficiency in GDS systems (Amadeus/Sabre/Galileo) is a must.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills in Arabic and English.
  • Knowledge of GCC travel trends and destinations.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure.
  • Familiarity with CRM or reservation platforms is a plus.
