Responsibilities

• Understand client travel needs, provide destination advice, and handle travel requests.
• Plan and book international and domestic travel arrangements using GDS platforms and travel software.
• Ensure compliance with airline, hotel, and visa policies while delivering exceptional customer service.
• Manage corporate travel itineraries, negotiate rates, and maintain supplier relationships.
• Provide expert advice on visa documentation, travel insurance, and travel regulations.
• Support junior consultants and manage travel booking records accurately.
• Handle customer inquiries promptly and resolve travel issues to maintain client satisfaction.

Qualifications & Experience

• 3–8 years of experience in travel consultancy or related customer‑service roles (minimum 0–1 year for entry positions).
• Proficient with GDS systems such as Sabre, Amadeus, or Galileo.
• Strong sales, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of UAE visa regulations and experience in managing corporate travel.
• Background in hospitality or tourism (bachelor’s degree preferred).
• Experience in accounting and payroll is an additional advantage for corporate travel roles.
