Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in transport coordination, logistics, or supply chain management.
• Experience in client-facing roles and incident management is an advantage.
• Prior exposure to managing small teams is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Prepare job details including schedules, documentation, and distribution lists.
• Issue and verify transport-related documents.
• Monitor ETAs and ensure timely updates.
• Oversee capacity allocation and execution to meet client commitments.
• Handle client queries and exceptions with clear feedback.
• Manage supplier communications regarding bookings and updates.
• Oversee incident management and risk events.
• Coordinate with ground teams for smooth operations.
