• Degree / Diploma in Electrical Engineering
• Ability to develop plan for the testing & commissioning based on the standard specified by the Client.
• Ability to lead and supervise and allocate the team for testing & commissioning.
• Ability to implement tag out /Lock out systems with client.
• Ability to lead a team of employees with excellent leadership skills & team spirit.
• Ability to do task planning, time management and effective decision making.

• Monitor project status, conduct SOLL/IST comparisons (plan vs. actual) and report on progress.
• Supervise contractorsand their testing work.
• Coordinate with customer representatives, EHS officers, and site management.
• Mentor and developthe testing and commissioning personnel.
• Ensure technical expertiseand adherence to the testing plan.
• Develop client trainingand relevant documentation.
• Manage risksand enforce safety protocols during testing.
