Overview

Help AG is looking for a talented and experienced Technical Writer - OT Cybersecurity (UAE National) who will be responsible for managing data collection, aggregation, and reporting processes that support OT Cybersecurity performance management, compliance, and operational visibility. This role ensures accurate, timely, and actionable insights for decision-making and continuous improvement. The position operates within the OT Cybersecurity Department, supporting governance, assurance, and operational enablement initiatives across downstream and upstream assets.

Responsibilities
  • Collect and validate operational metrics from OT Cybersecurity site delivery teams.
  • Aggregate and calculate tactical and strategic KPIs aligned with OT Cybersecurity standards.
  • Maintain centralized repositories for cybersecurity validation results and test evidence.
  • Develop and deliver periodic performance dashboards and assurance reports for OT leadership and governance boards.
  • Generate context-specific reports (e.g., SCIRF, GDPR) for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Support KPI reviews and provide evidence for executive-level reporting.
  • Prepare weekly, monthly, and annual reports on service coverage, performance, and project milestones.
  • Ensure reporting aligns with OT Cybersecurity governance frameworks and UAE national cybersecurity mandates.
  • Archive documentation for FAT, IFAT, and SAT cycles to ensure compliance and audit readiness.
Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in data analytics, reporting, or cybersecurity operations, preferably within industrial or OT environments.
  • Strong understanding of OT Cybersecurity frameworks and performance management principles.
  • Proficiency in Power BI, Tableau, Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office 365 and SharePoint – documentation and collaboration.
  • Familiarity with OT Cybersecurity standards and compliance requirements.
