As a Sales Manager, you will play a vital role in identifying opportunities, proposing value-driven solutions, and supporting our clients throughout the MENA region. This position requires someone who can bridge the gap between engineering and business, with a proactive mindset and strong network across the industry.

Your duties and responsibilities will include:
  • Develop and grow business within the conveyor systems and maintenance services space
  • Utilize your existing network in sectors like mining, cement, ports, steel, and aggregates
  • Conduct technical site visits, assess reliability performance, and identify pain points
  • Analyze both technical performance data and commercial metrics to drive solution-based selling
  • Prepare tailored proposals, lead commercial discussions, and close deals
  • Collaborate closely with our internal technical, service, and engineering teams
  • Maintain long-term customer relationships and drive satisfaction
  • Reporting to the General Manager Sales (Mena Region)
To be successful in this role, you should have the following skills and experiences:
  • Degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or related engineering field
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in sales, operations, maintenance, or reliability related to conveyor systems
  • In-depth knowledge of conveyor belt technology, wear protection, splicing, and condition monitoring
  • Customer relationships in the mining, cement, ports, or heavy industrial sectors in the MENA region is highly desirable
  • Proven ability to understand and present both technical solutions and commercial value
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Fluency in English is a must; Arabic and French are a strong advantage
  • Willingness to travel across the region as needed
