The Role

We\'re seeking a technically-grounded project coordinator who can manage the full lifecycle of client engagements—from proposal development through delivery and handover. This is NOT a traditional Product Owner role focused on sprints and backlogs. Instead, you\'ll be the strategic liaison between our technical teams and clients, ensuring smooth project execution and client satisfaction.

Client Engagement & Strategy

• Lead requirement gathering and discovery sessions with new and existing clients
• Develop compelling proposals and product strategy plans aligned with client objectives
• Manage client onboarding processes including kick-off meetings and project scheduling
• Act as primary account manager for assigned client portfolio

Project Coordination & Delivery

• Coordinate across development teams to ensure project milestones are met
• Facilitate knowledge transfer sessions and project handovers
• Maintain clear communication channels between technical teams and stakeholders
• Document project requirements, decisions, and outcomes

Strategic Planning

• Contribute to product strategy and roadmap planning
• Identify opportunities for scope expansion or additional client projects
• Provide input on technical feasibility and implementation approaches

Technical Foundation (Essential)

• 2-3 years of experience in technology/software projects (development, QA, technical support, or implementation)
• Understanding of API development, software development lifecycle, and technical architectures
• Ability to discuss technical concepts with both technical teams and non-technical stakeholders
• Comfortable reviewing technical documentation and system designs

Project & Client Management

• Experience in requirement gathering, discovery, and documentation
• Strong proposal writing or technical documentation skills
• Client-facing experience with proven ability to build relationships
